Instagram has been expanding access to its DM translation and scheduling tools with more businesses now getting access to these options and would provide extra engagement opportunities.
Though these features are not new, Instagram had been working on them for some time now and a number of users are having access to them for several months now. Currently, Instagram is now promoting them as business engagement options which would be providing more considerations for professional outreach.

Now more number of businesses will be able to access this option which would let you to expand your business into newer regions. Now it will be possible to translate DMs into 99 different languages. For translation of a message, you need to hold down on the specific DM and then select Translate. The translated text would then be displayed below the original message in-stream and then you need to select a language preference so that DMs would be automatically translated into your native language.
These features will be not just be improving cross border communication but would also be opening up further opportunities for businesses. Instagram would also be giving more number of business users access to scheduled DMs.

For scheduling a DM, you first need to type your message and then hold down on the Send button and then you would be able to select the date and time when you want to reach the prospective customer.
